I've been telling you for some time that Solomon has financed TRW in more than one way. It seems, that in Q4 last year he financed TRW with some $20M. Probably for the trade division. I asked the question at the time. Why not finance it with $15M and put $5M aside for the shareholders (for dividends). Garrett said he agreed.
Where were the rest of you?
I can certainly understand it from Solomon's perspective. He was hoping for the loans or other financing to make up for it. It didn't happen.
We do get something back from the TRW partners. The TRW distribution, for $3.40 or book. They acquired the $18M "fish pond" for fair value, which SIAF illegally owned (because you can't own land in China). It is give and take, as I said many times. The trouble, came from the beef sector. And not being able to get financing. Not everything is Solomon's fault.
