Updated - I understand the trade it don't marry it aspect, but I think many people here are confused about interpreting that s1. GHC supposedly gets stock at 80% of the lowest price in the 10 days prior to the put.. Maybe it was .0135 not .011 ( fridays date)... Then that would make it .0108.. So are you saying theyre selling those shares for the difference between.0108 and the spread of what this stock traded yesterday? They can request stock every 10 days to sell at 80% of the lowest price in the prior 10 days.
