Yep, and HOW MANY of those 'pot holes' were caused by the FDA. The same FDA that delayed its decision on clearance because they had 'no category' to put these products in. Really? That was not a delay tactic? Your brilliant scientific minds are unfamiliar with PEMF and its benefits? Ok, now FDA says they have a category for PEMF so 'we will clear for ONLY foot and knee' and NOT the pain MOST prevalent in humans that these products could help -- THE BACK! "NO, we need more info on that in order to clear"! DELAY DELAY DELAY.

NOWWWWWW, we get this latest crap that it works better on women than men, so we have to deny the latest clearance for these patches. No, we will NOT split the clearance for just women. We cannot do that. You asked for men AND women and we must deny because the men do not get as much relief as woman. REALLY??? Tell that to all us men wearing the patches such as I am doing right now, that it does not help men as much as women. Because if it helps women better than it helps me it must helping women MIRACULOUSLY!!! And since you know it does help women, then why not clear women NOW and men later with more proof. Why in the world would you not!!! Sure seems like a lame excuse to deny the women's patch --- 'Technically', you must decline because application was for both MEN and women' and not JUST WOMEN???? REALLY? Doesn't common sense ever come into play when dealing with FDA???
