HEALTH CLAIMS are fine its when they say it can or will CURE or treat something like a disease or illness. Saying it helps with epilepsy is fine Saying it CURES or Treats epilepsy is when you get in trouble but CBD doesn't get in trouble just the manufacture or whoever sells that certain product. You are clumping things together that mean totally different things. I'm not trying to be a A$$ or say your not smart just that it is all in the wording and at the end of the day CBD inst going to be effected the entity making the claim will be. Vitamin C is still being sold but that company that claimed it cured the common cold is who got punished
