we still have first refusal rights to a lot of land in Saskatchewan!


Even if that right or option in those lands existed, it was so top-heavy with royalties it could never have been mined without a total renegotiation of the terms.

"You don’t forefeit those rights"

You do forfeit, if the claim you had rights to expires for lack of work, it returns to the government, the government after a time re-opens it for new staking and when it is re-staked it is a brand new mineral-claim and old rights do not attach to a new mineral-claim.
