THE FARM BILL HAS PASSED!
386 votes to 47 votes for the win in Congress! This bill will allocate billions of dollars to American Farmers for varies causes. One of which is LEGALIZING HEMP! We have one more step to complete which is having President Trump sign it into law.
Here is what the Washington Post had to say about the bill,
"The bill will provide permanent funding for farmers markets, local food programs. The final farm bill provides permanent funding for a number o programs Congress was funding on a temporary basis, five years at a time. These include promotional funds for local farmers markets, research funds for organic farming, and money for organizations working to train the next generation of farmers at a time when experts have raised concerns about the aging of the industry. This bill also provides permanent funding for veteran and minority farmers."
