“I am familiar with the big 3 USA distributors of pharmaceuticals. I am not sure I see the angle of why they would like to locate with NWBO though all 3 of them are constantly combing for new middle space service offerings to add value for customers like re-packaging for 1 example. It could be Amerisource is looking into logistics as an add on service but they have not gone there in the past. They could buy a logistics provider and move into that space in addition to adding frozen storage and packaging for shipment? Did you have any specific thoughts on why Amerisource could be a candidate? “

Thanks DMB for your response. Just stepping out of the box to speculate. If I had credible clues as to why AmerisourceBergen might be considered, I would share them with this MB. After all, I have been a recipient of a vast amount of information offered here by my fellow posters…..yours included. I am a fan of ABC, their culture, their network, their management, their vision, and, most of all, their strong belief that health care be more accessible. They may see the future of healthcare more clearly than others.
