Not necessarily...GHS has incentive to push the price as high as possible. They bought the shares at ~.01...they won’t sell below that. If they believe in the patent and potential os SHMP they hold and sell on the way up. This isn’t toxic financing in any form or fashion but a financier putting faith in the company they are buying shares in. This more than anything puts a firm bottom share price in place. Good days ahead...
