True and one thing to remember is that they have done this to all holders of legacy NEAH stock.

They have done this to all of their known investors, themselves and to us.

So this situation appears to be temporary as they shore up what is needed to complete this re-organization.

It would have been considerate to inform us of the plan on the table, however D'Couto has proven in the past to have a "paranoid" and possibly self-destructive obsession with secrecy as it applies to his business dealings.

Is there currently a power struggle going on at NEAH ? After all he did hand over voting power to the latest investors and highest Class A holders.

Hopefully we find out sooner rather than later.
