IMO SHMP is setting the stage for the rapid expansion of the company. They sold 60m shares to GHS to help get the ball rolling for the share price and to start the build out. As the share price raises, GHS makes a lot of money (that is what they are here for). As the share price rises SHMP can dilute shares for a higher capital investment which will allow them to build more facilities faster. The higher the share price rises, the less SHMP needs to dilute to get the same amount of capital for the next facility. F&T will most likely be working on the other salt water species which SHMP will see 50% of. SHMP has solved a global problem with over fishing our oceans with a clean process.
