Whelan said they would go for this women clearance and I think you are right...the FDA will probably have an issue with that because of sample seize.
My question is whether perhaps they should appeal.
I am not sure what this gender problem is really all about.
Wouldn't probably have happened with proper legal representation.
Do I understand correctly that due to the fact that eye, knee and foot did't show a gender difference Actipatch can not be considered to be a predicate for the back which shows a difference?
