If we get nothing they get nothing! I don't see how there is a way to separate us at all or for them to steal the sausage so to speak.
I have put my crook hat on every direction I can and I can come up with nothing.
I have spoken with legal eagles that also indicate there is no way, and that after having gone through what they all did once and escaped JAIL already,there would be no way they would risk the legal ramifications of doing that here and on such a GRAND SCALE..
Since imho they own the bulk % wise of what is coming back say like60-80%, why in the H E L L would they ever dare to risk it again.
Even for crooks it would make no sense, even crooks know when to cut and run or let a bad deal lay.
There are just times when ya say ok 60-80% IS GOOD ENOUGH.
Also along those lines I continue to say "they have far better legal advice than we do and if it was RIPE they would be out in full force.
THE FDICK may be a KIND of SORT of GOV agency, BUT they are a private co and they have been beaten in court many times.
THIS WAS A 5AT case admitted by THE FDICK and settled within the BK case.
SUSMAN aint tupid and for a 5th case this large there had to be some type of SERIOUS consideration for that 5thATC...

Still say EC's are settled real quick if they aren't already and the balls starts rolling.
There is only one thing I see them being able to do and that is to get everything back here in COOP and in time buy out common interests and take this private.
Now if IF IF what I think is gonna happen S4V when all get their original positions back preferd and commons and the company is made right as far as a true reorg, somewhere down the line they buy the commons out and take the preferds with the private co.
REMEMBER they are probably 90-95% of the preferds, AVG joe is nothing % in the preferds
