Has the 60 million shares dilution already occurred? Very possibly. Consider this: An interesting analysis of today's, Friday's, S1 filing content about o/s count: First, some are saying those 60m newly issued shares have yet to be issued, in other words, have not yet diluted the o/s count, which would be fine because we know its capital needed for implementing their growth plans going forward, and I like knowing the specific amount. But, the filing does not specifically state that. Some are making assumptions. So here's a factual analysis to consider: We all have clearly been under the impression, likely true, that there has been some significant dilution going on for a while now. It seems pretty clear. What if this 60 million additional shares have now already been issued, so the dilution is done or nearly done? Is that possible? Look at this: Today's filing references an agreement regarding these shares dated 8/21/18. 13 weeks or 91 days later would be 11/21/18 (I don't know all the specifics of this 8/21/18 agreement, but 90 days is one of many common "lock-up" periods per agreements in the financial services and other industries often included as part of the terms of the agreement before actions can be taken. Coincidental?). On OTCmarkets.com, right now, it specifically states as of 11/19/18 (2 days prior to the expiration of this 90 day period), OTCMarkets.com references a then current o/s count of 166,619,233 shares. This website, iHub, currently references that on 11/21/18, just a couple days later, the o/s count was 172,269,573, and a week after that on 11/29/18 the o/s count was 193,290,519. Showing that increasing o/s count from shortly after the 90 day period, another coincidence? Then, in today's filing, dated 12/14/18, it specifically references the current o/s count at 226,477,233 shares. Here's the interesting part. Subtract the 11/19/18 count from today's 12/14/18 count, and it comes to 59,857,400 shares. That's just 142,600 shares shy of the exact 60 million share figure. Again, coincidence? Maybe. But I think there is a very good chance that the 60 million dilution referenced is actually almost done, not about to start as some assume. And here's further evidence suggesting I am correct--the filing's use of the phrase "if issued presently", meaning already issued, so they are presently part of the o/s count. Frankly, this seems pretty clear to me, and it is further supported by what we all have been saying as to have been ongoing dilution of late clear in the daily trading. Come to your own conclusions, but give this some thought. The market opens Monday, and the dilution may effectively be over. Is the date of today's, Friday's, filing coincidental? Perhaps not. Somebody chose today's date to do the filing for a reason. I believe this is a persuasive analysis concluding the 60 million dilution is done. That said, I'm happy either way, since we know the who's and how much's now of their financing for the soon to begin commercial expansion. This investor for one is looking forward to Monday, and yes, the weeks and months ahead, with great anticipation! GLTA (Read this post again, and consider it). Note: I tried to post this on yahoo finance, but it wouldn't take for some reason. I will try again, but I wanted to get this out there for all to read and consider.
