How so? Companies, under guidelines drafted by the FDA, that Pyrr and I discussed many years ago, allow companies access to a certain amount of statistical result information (without necessarily being unblinded) for things such as planning manufacturing capacity. NDA's are allowed to share such information if companies are, for instance, planning to sell. Why would it be foolish and difficult to get an IA, share it with a company under and NDA, and agree to sale, and announce terms of future payments based upon contingencies results?
