If you receive investor questions regarding the exchange of their shares following spinout please direct them to the press release and the transmittal letters attached. If you receive investor questions regarding the eligibility of Poda shares as a qualified investment please provide them with the attached tax opinion from Thorsteinssons LLP. We plan to list Poda on the CSE in Q1 of next year".
