Thanks a lot for chiming in here clarifying the situation Mr. Chapman. The reason I asked is that I continue to accumulate shares here as an investment (for a long time now) and obviously I'm more confident doing this if I know that the overdue filings are in progress and the company will get current again.

Here is hoping for a great 2019, I still believe that there is tremendous value here in this product and am still convinced that eventually the company and it's shareholders who hung tight for years now, will enjoy some fruits on their investment.
