All your points are valid except being the biggest long shot in biotech history. There’s plenty of public shells with attractive share structures that were counted out and bounced back. OVIT is one of them when they were Aviation Upgrade. Also a merger that sent the stock soaring in the beginning. Obviously there’s risk here but the upside is huge.
