I don't know if they're even interested in OTC at this stage. That company is no better than BIEL, as I'm sure you know. There is no guarantee that they will survive at all.
The part I struggle with is that PEMF has been around for a very long time. Even the low power wearable has been around since the 80's (at least in patents).
Maybe the advent and widespread adoption of opiod pain relievers interrupted the development of the technology. What I believe is that if this tech is as good as many believe, BIEL will have a very difficult time capitalizing on it. Our IP protection is not as strong as has been promoted here. Big tech/big pharma can have a product in front of the FDA very quickly.
