Snow..I agree with you

At this point, the stock will trade on rumors and hype..and fear.

That is why it is so important to get off the pinks, get some audited financials and see what is actually happening. Legit companies will do this, scam companies will delay this as long as possible.

Having said that, my bet is that Rivera owns the shares as part of the reverse merger.
