I just saw your post about "time" and "5G"....you are speaking of cellular networks - not WI-FI.
There is a big difference between cellular data (4G to 5G) and WI-FI.
Cellular (4G/5G) is offered by mobile carriers (ATT, TMOBILE) - covering large areas (cities/towns). WIFI is setup in your home/work and provided by ISPs (internet service providers) - covering smaller areas (your home, Starbucks, etc.)
You should google this if you want specific technical background about the difference between them.
