Being CJV's doesn't make it a scam. You are just spreading confusion, when CJV's are completely normal and accepted forms of doing business in China.

The subsidiaries (such as SJAP) that they have CJV's with are all active, functioning, and legitimate. Even you have acknowledged that they do exist.
