jimr, we all know what happens eventually when a company doesn't file their financial reports with the SEC. But, unfortunately, it usually takes the SEC a long time before any actions are taken.

And I don't mean just weeks or months. I mean YEARS.

So it really doesn't do much for folks to try and talk down a stock like SIGO. A nose dive in SIGO share price won't happen unless and until those holding their shares decide to sell OR if there is a sudden issuance of shares that then get sold into the market.

I mean there has to be some catalyst for a stock to crash just as longs always seek out catalyst events on the positive side for big upside gains. And messages on a stock board usually aren't enough of a catalyst to have such an effect.

I guess my bottom line for this message is that although we all know what the final outcome will be if SIGO continues as a non-filer of financial reports, that outcome may take another year or more before it finally arrives. Patience.
