One should not confuse Eontec as a supplier than a contract manufacturer.

Same can be said about LQMT.

Until PLA was signed, Eontec can be a supplier to Tesla in US territory.

Once PLA is signed, Eontec can only be a supplier to Tesla in US territory for "grandfather" contract.

This 50,000 lb shipment does contain Model 3 (production since 2017) parts.

For GM China, it will be highly debatable if Eontec can act as a supplier then.
For GM US/Europe, it is exclusive LQMT (with or without Eontec as contract mfr)

East <=> West transaction can be confusing.

Huawei/Honor, Oppo/OnePlus, Xiaomi/Poco selling into US and/or Europe is also debatable.
