Why is it always about the not even in business yet companies that are the ones in which to invest?

I must be getting tired, don't understand the phrasing or intent.

That is rank speculation, with no more than 1 to 5 percent. The other 95 should be in proven enterprises.

I don't think I recognize my own assumptions as prescribed ;).
