If a company is listed on any of the CDN exchanges it is scrutinized far closer than the OTC and has been a long time. Matter of fact if a stock is trading irregularily they will halt it. I rarely trade CDN exchanges for short term trades. There is a perception that many scams originate here but that is false - we have our fair share but most of those are listed on US exchanges
