The bill has passed. Waiting on Donald Trump's signature, if he can find the folder.

Many stocks on my reefer streamer advanced in the double digit percentages. Some reached 50 percent, but then we're talking about OTC issues trading from double zips to pennies.

Now that the hemp plant can be legally grown in all 50 states, what of it?

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
