What you've said is much what I've been saying as well although perhaps not quite so publicly as these heavier discussions tend to occur via personal memos. I'm glad you've brought it up, though.

It would be smart to retire units bought back or, I was thinking earlier when responding to your comments---I'd like to se the temporarily retired units used to pay employee-based perks which are, effectively part of the salary scheme. As you aptly point out, it results in lower balance sheet stress and that's essential in my opinion and yours. This contributes to further strengthening in a couple of ways.


I especially like your use of the words "clean up."

This really is about cleaning up things. For several years NGL got away with disappointing the public. Obviously I'm not a part of that group but I do understand that some investors will show concern greater than I might. And that is their right as I see it. So that brings us back to the importance of cleaning things up as you point out. Perfect!
