The term should be "if the news hits. The "cabal" is BS. There's not enough money in a 2 dollar stock to make any appreciable profits or to generate collusion to control it. It's simply lack of any buying interest in the stock. We have a company with "possibly good science" and weak management. If BP saw more promise in the science, they'd simply buy the company, fire Missling, and work the science.
Missling's refusal to update on the favorable responders in Australia says that management is purposely oblique or that the responders aren't doing that well. The lack of transparency keeps the larger institutions in their mode of minimal interest and until there's some actual facts put out by Missling et al the price will stay low or continue to deteriorate to the 1 dollar level. In the meantime we're at the mercy of management and no cabal would waste money trying to hold down a mini biotech with doubtful management.....They don't have to.
