It's blatantly obvious why we're not there now and has been mentioned time and again. There is a nefarious force (i.e. cabal) that is purposely keeping a lid on this stock and sells off every price appreciation. Whether it is WS players who were kept out with no IPO and working to discourage retail longs out, or BP influenced manipulation to assist a future deal.

We'll only get back there and stay there (and higher) on significant surprise news that brings in all the sharks.
