Don't think Jobs Growing purchased any common shares of SIGO.

They were instead given 333,000 shares of a newly designated class of SIGO preferred shares (Series C). To keep things legal, Jobs Growing probably had to pay a minimal amount (likely $.0001, the par value, per preferred share or $33.30 total).
