I saw the earlier enrollment announcement, thank you, but my point is the same: Like past releases, the way this release is written leaves the reader to interpret its meaning as s/he sees fit. Clear writing is not hard. Even if Missing's writing is awkward because English is not his first language, he has an IR firm, lawyers, directors and perhaps others who would have had an opportunity to review the draft. The only reasonable conclusion is that the way this was written was deliberate.
