I thought it might be interesting to look back 20 years. I used a different
database, one for the old Idiot Wave, to see if we could gain some insight.
The result surprised me so I added a Haiku to it.
Yes, risk has been rising since the 2016 lows, but in relative terms, the
last decade was a wonderful time. The prior decade was far more challenging.
