First off, there are no companies "listed" on the OTC. In addition, many investors detest companies that continue to violate federal regulations. Further, the issuer owes a 10K, three 10Qs, and next month another 10K.

Moreover, the security guard lied not knowing Val, TJ or the company when I attempted to visit in August.

The company is contemptuous and so are its officers and employees.

Many people take offense to this behavior.
