I wouldn't trust a penny stock CEO with a criminal past.

2014: "Police arrested Sebastien C. Dufort, 45 in the 10 block of E. Fifth St. at 8 p.m. on Jan. 28 on two counts of domestic battery. Police said the man made contact of an insulting or provoking nature. He was charged and transported to DuPage County Jail."

A 50yr old with a shell company that has stayed .0001 to .0002 for years with history of promising PR's over the years that went nowhere, that's a red flag.

Look at the computer controlled 500,000 share buys through the day, it's being manipulated to create volume/noise. Another red flag. I can only guess how huge that .0003 wall will be, and it will be Sebastien selling his 2's he got today to get 3's. Avoid.
