This funding gets us to a point in time where if dilution is required it is done after several more important milestones have been achieved and presumably a share price much higher than here. Anyone else breath a sigh of relief? The cash runway is long enough to get us to the data. What about ASM? I presume we may get some additional clarifications here.
Longs don't fear the data, shorts do. Everyone here has poked and prodded and considered all of the shorts arguments that try to lessen the fact that 100 of the longest lived patients will live to now almost 5 years( A number that grew from 17 to 18, which means the survival curve is flattening and the tail is fatter and longer.) They have drifted from saying the data doesn't look good to now saying well the only reason it looks good is because of patient selection. LOL, you know many patients were excluded because they didn't have enough tumor. Wouldn't we assume these were healthier patients?
There are facts that support a narrative contrary to the shorts.
Facts(IMO) like:
-75% of the patients being older in the DCVAX trial.
-Less than 10% of the 100 have all of the known positive prognostics.
-Optune like DCVAX excluding pseudos(long lived) but adding them back in once progression was deemed false(W/DCVAX they remained excluded which makes the 100 long lived that much more impressive).
-The Germans expanding enrollment sicker patients.
-The last 30+ patients all being DCVAX.(Why?, if it wasn't working)
-The Youtube videos showing imaging of what happens after vaccination, visual proof of cause and effect.
-The recent patents with direct dialing in the timing optimization of maturation of DC Cells.
-Other (recent) GBM trials. All with similar patient populations, all pointing to 5% or less alive at 5 years and we have 3X that or more.
-Tidbits like Kat, NGEO's AB and others.
There are plenty more puzzle pieces i'm sure you all can add that helps elucidate our still blinded picture but the point is I think there are very few longs that fear the data, & we no longer have to worry about having enough gas to reach the target and drop this atom bomb. Now that the company is refueled, the shorts need to worry because we are coming and we will reach the target. The question the shorts need to ask is, how big will the bomb be?
