Of this there is no doubt. And they will desire to participate because they are going to receive ZN's pitch from a direction out of which they have an implicit faith and trust.

And that pesky part about participation being expensive in relation to the market? Well, that hasn't been part of the pitch yet. No reason it should be this time either - Other than fairness, honesty, and disclosure anyway.
