Shell Hijackings

Bryan S Glass is a long time shell hijacker going back to the mid-2000s.  He was active from 2005 - 2008 then from 2015 - 2016.

Recently he has gotten active again.  He has always used attorney Bryan Clark going back to the start.  Attorney Jeffrey Pike of Clark's firm has assisted on the recent custodianship petitions.  

His recent hijackings include:

CTHZ (vacated - old owners were still involved) 

XLRM (case #A-18-783537-P - custodianship was granted on 11/29/18 - reinstated at the NV SOS on 12/6/18)

ENCB (case #A-18-784794-P - next court date is 1/19/19)

RNGC (case #A-18-785471-P - next court date is 1/10/19)
