the S1-A failed to show anything with meat on it.. this is why the pps is falling today.. there was no pricing of anything..no real numbers to look thru..it was a fluff document is all.. organic price raise is the only hope here... R/S will kill all shareholders sadly.. and they will need a 1/40 minimum to get on nasdaq.. then prob a 1/20 once there to remain an ongoing concern long enuf to stay alive..... and don't forget HUGE dilution will be needed to stay an ongoing concern for up to 5 yrs or so imo... .then shorters will run it into the ground fast once on nasdaq with the lack of forward movement and no real income from the last years work... its up to rory..fusz
