JMHO, I am not thinking or planning short term. Deep pockets have brought in on favorable terms for NWBO for at least 20 years, and the renewal is priced on the same terms for a 20 year extension. Please, someone with real estate experience get on this board and explain how this is not a "HOME RUN" for NWBO? A "multi-national" corporation. There are believers out there. I am only a small one. I am planning for ASCO. I am hoping the share price will remain low till Jan. so I can add shares to my Roth IRA. Peace. Reg 2015
