by any means and by any excuses this deal was worse than the Iran nuclear
deal..you sell your product to someone payable years later after using it for free (no revs yet), then when payment is due, you let the user issue you a promissory note for more years and still receive no money, if they were making money with your product, they would have paid money for using your product...you really think they have 9 million laying around ?

man if you had a ceo and a damn good product why are you ashame to promote it, put some balls on , just dont give it away !!!!! too late now, good move marky.
