I believe Rich has about 100 holders of his stock. I was speaking for the group not a couple of isolated cases. It matters to the larger group that the business succeeds. It matters to future investors too. This unclear because PPS is languishing in the 3s. The proof is in the trades...most occur at the Bid, regardless of news. That keeps the PPS from rising.

Once Rich fulfills all or at least most of the promises he’s made, the PPS will rise unless he continues to dilute at rates he has been for the past 3 years. The OS and FDOS in Jan 2016 was 115K. By December, Rich issued himself Pref Ds, doubling the OS for the FDOS for following years. Now the FDOS is over 4B shares (1.509B +.511B) X 2. He’s damaged the stock structure so bad that big investors won’t give him money unless he RSs.

Only the trips gang is happy with gains if they sold into the runup to $.0339 in Feb 2017. Everybody else is either in the red or languishing.
