That is a given and everyone knows it. Do you guys even read what you're writing? Or do you even comprehend it? Clearly we must be speaking different languages because you're only stating what we already know which is why our financials are late in the first place. They are getting done by a new auditor who's license is not at question and redoing financials going back that far takes time.
