Sadly that is not how it happens in OTC. Last thing Kremer signed off on was period ending 6/30/2017.

Periods 9/30/2017 and 12/31/2107 and 3/31/2018 can't be relied on.

They were to be reviewed by Kremer before filed. She got hit June 24th, exact day he let shareholders know.

It means nothing from June 30 2017 to now was was legit audited. Plain and simple.
