Agree. Imagine your neighborhood lemonade stand. Bobby and Billy Sue have operated a nice business and have $100 net worth in the business, which continues to make a nice profit every day.

Someone comes up to them and says "Hey, I want 50% of your business, but instead of $50, I'm going to give you ONE DOLLAR."

Would anyone take it, and if so, why?
