It is because it does not make any sense! You (Sol) have spent the last year diluting the company into oblivion to pay bills, payroll and supposedly "Capex", and by chance if there is an extra 2M laying around from all that dilution, you are going to give it back to shareholders? I would rather you keep the lousy .5 cents and show shareholders you can run a company, one where you sell your product to a customer and then collect the money from said customer in less than 90 days like most businesses. Show this and you will see the PPS rise...…...anything else is foolhardy.
