Yes, but what would be the market’s reaction to a news article in a reputable journal or publication relating the exclamations of an exuberant mother of a Rett syndrome daughter who has begun to sleep well, has reduced fits, and has greatly improved movement control?

Or, a few Australians, also in “an Anavex clinical trial,” who likewise have begun to sleep well and once again can carry on a conversation relating both recent and very distant memories?

In the same train of thought, what will prevent family and care givers of patients in any of the three Anavex clinical trials from relating the positive behavioral changes they’ve seen?

If Anavex 2-73 has any sort of behavioral changes that would allow regulatory approval for sale, is there any reason to believe none will be seen or shared until the very ends of the three trials?

In any of the three trials, it will be difficult to suppress any positive preliminary results. When discovered, they will anecdotally (but legitimately) confirm all of the many positive murine (lab rodent) tests of viable treatment efficacy.
