Well, it’s not with ACS but CSI. We allow CSI to sub license and ACS is that beneficiary. Hence my issue a month back, stating we don’t know the deal CSI has with ACS to properly assess our potential benefit $$$. Could be a lot or could be a small amount of a small amount. Back to this issue: doesn’t it say they can opt in by offering a promissory note for 9m? Aka technically we won’t necessarily receive the 9M$ right away but a promise to pay? I could be wrong
