If you go further back on this forum you will see posts from Constance Nash, who was the creator of the patent which MAXD sued google for.

The details are murky but somehow she got roped into dealing with Halpern and then has subsequently spent years complaining about how he dealt dishonestly with her. This is why she sabotaged the MAXD patent lawsuit against Google.

She claims her net worth is billions, and she didn't do any due diligence on the MAXD principals, so it's no surprise at all when retail investors throwing a few thousand dollars around don't either.

It’s hilarious to me that this guy was dragged into court for stock fraud and now he’s allowed to do it all over again AND people’s DD goes as far as message boards instead of actually doing some research into this guys history
