You are actually 100% correct on this mCig has never said they expect to gain any revenue from IP resulting from their NYAcres project.

Normally a for profit company would, but MCIG went Non-for-profit to escape having to pay royalties and the state baked in the fact that they won't have to pay royalties.

So MCIG really loses big here.
