According to the state FarmOn! and MCIG share the IP 50/50. And if the State of NY wishes, they can sell the IP to the highest bidder if they so wish royalty free, leaving FarmOn! and MCIG holding a flaming bag of poo.

This is a total BS claim. mCig has never said they expect to gain any revenue from IP resulting from their NYAcres project. If they do, it's just icing on the cake not anything contained in their revenue projections.

BTW, since they own 50% of the IP, it allows them to use anything they learn in their consulting operations without any licensing fees or barriers.
